@verucassault @criselington I think its the nitrates in the meat more so then the sauce. I like bbq sauce, kinda iffy on carolina bbq cause im not a big fan of mustard, honey mustard or dijion by itself. I do understand adding it with other flavors makes it pretty good but im picky lol. I never crave bbq either.

Nitrates are found more in processed foods as preservatives, hot dogs and sausages for instance. But, not found or less found in raw/fresh/organic meats. The second one also mentions MSG and people can be sensitive to those as well as nitrates. I'm glad I don't get headaches with wine or BBQ. That would suck. 8[

I have a friend who spends like 200-300 $ on hot toys whenever the6 come out. He also has a 300 dollar lightsaber... I dont think my food spending habit is as bad as his addiction lol. Im tempted to buy a big instapot
