Struggling with mental health is like the feeling of drowning in a bottomless ocean struggling to stay above water. After everything I find myself getting panic attacks every other day at this point. Developed abandonment issues and severe self doubt to where I get scared of saying anything on my mind sometimes. Please stay wary and take care of your mental health. It’s very much real. Spent 12 hours moving like 5 pieces of furniture from house to house by myself. Probably ruined my back, ruined alot of my own furniture but tis the struggles of an introvert. Just glad its over, moving my bed was the hardest part of the journey. Carrying something heavy with no proper way to grab it relying solely on finger strenght
