I'm no fan of his, Yas. I just like history. He was able to dehumanize others and brainwash others to do the same. Lots of atrocities followed. I do find it disturbing there's a growing number becoming fans of him. I don't think they know their history well. The articles I linked keep things in perspective on how awful he was.

That reminds me of when he let his dog in to scare Angela Merkel. Who's a national treasure I might add. She's known to be scared of dogs. That makes me think of Putin's own ability to dehumanize. He's using his dog as a show of power lessening it to just a tool. Same with Hitler using his dog, Blondie, for propaganda ads. The sociopath signs are there. Hitler was very charismatic and knew what to say to get people behind him, I'll give him that. Putin? Ehhhh... Not as much.

We have less to go by to interpret what Hitler's intentions were towards animals. We can however see him methed out of his brain at the Olympics. Maybe his love for animals is his only redeeming quality, much like Putin- the guy smoothed the puppy's neck after he got it away, then kissed the top of it's head.
