@daggerfella Meh... I keep telling myself "Almost 30 yrs of this ain't bad.". Right? Right?!?! Sooooo.... Pro gamer tips. Exercise sounds stupid(Just do it, even if you're not motivated.), but it helps. If need be, therapy. Oh and try ashwagandha. Ashwagandha seemed to help me with anxiety/depression, even if it was placebo. All else fails, pills will at least numb you enough not to care. Having a day... Don't mind me.

Both of my kids are asleep... Well... The youngest is stirring, buuuuutttt... Got damn it's nice when there's even just a minute of silence. #thingsyoudonttrulyunderstandwhilesingleandchildfree
