That does help rejuvenate them for abit. @thesailingteacup I know what the dr is on about. Its actually easy. After the shower count the hair that fell out while showering and x2 them. Since they also fall out when you go around all they but most of them stick to your head if you have long hair.

I was suppose to be in my desk only for 2 hrs till my iPad fully charged, but ended up 5 hrs and it’s about to be 5am. Like damn how did that even happen ?

I stopped dying my hair and stopped taking bc that had hormones in it. Still lost lots of hair. People just shed a lot.
