I almost prefer renting, even though you literally get no return. But, when my AC went out, I didn't have to pay to replace it. So, there's that. Also, I seem to attract women who don't wear panties. Bypassed that one.XD

I had a gas stove once and honestly that shit slaps. The only problem is it can be super dangerous cuz we left the gas on several times by accident and only cuz i was a night owl we didnt completely die
