Sociable? Able to socialize, hence not sociable is not able. Anti-social is against socializing. Loner= rejects company of others. So rejecting company and not socializing puts you in the same position does it not?

Able to socialize. Now, is a loner incapable or unwilling to socialize? How about someone who's anti social?
Yes, I know I'm arguing semantics when they both could "technically" fall into the same category, depending on circumstance. And yes I'm aware I should get a life when it's getting to this point, but here I am. XD The reason I'm bringing it up is because people use words that truly mean something more extreme and it desensitizes people to the word. Like, I'm clinically depressed, but when others claim to have depression without having been diagnosed or just because they happen to feel a little down about something(Yes, it's still a type of depression, but it's not a constant.), it makes the word lose value. Just a keyboard warrior's opinion here, folks.

There could be an actual medical diagnosis for people who have a fear of socializing. I dont think anti-social is the word though, just cant be bothered to find it. If anything i think anxiety is more abused than depression. People use depression with the feeling of unhappiness, which isnt quite right. You probably thought i meant that if a person was incapable of making friends that makes them a loner or anti-social. But that isnt the case no one is incapable of anything, they just choose not to out of personal fears. Which could be considered willingly rejecting company of others. Tit for tat basically.
