Catfish are bottom feeders but if you beer batter them and fry, tastes good. Catfish isn't a fish you want to bake unless you enjoy the taste of dirt and brine.

Crab tastes better than lobster to me. *shrug* but also later in life I've now kinda adapted a taste intolerance for shrimp unless it's fried. Too much of something there. Boiled/steamed shrimp https://emojis.wiki/emoji-pics/apple/nauseated-face-apple.png

Stewed shrimp and stir fry shrimp also good. Butterfly shrimp is meh.
