Alright @Miarin Here's my skin care tips as a 20-something who still gets IDed for beer in Germany (which is 16+): Use sun screen. Every day. 365 days a year, from sun-up to sun-down (even if you're inside. Damaging UVA rays, which are associated with skin aging, go right through glass windows. Also, in recent studies the effect of light omitted by computer and smartphone screens, specifically blue light, has been studied and there may be a correlation between exposure to such light and skin aging). And maybe apply some vitamin a (like retinol) topically to reverse some of the sun damage that's already been done. It's been estimated that around 90% of skin aging is due to sun damage. Basically, easiest ways to avoid aging badly and having bad skin (sun doesn't only age your skin but genrally damages it) are a) avoid the sun b) protect your skin when you can't (sunscreen) c) keep your skin hydrated (moisturize and drink plenty of water) d) clean your face (1-2 times a day, depending on how much you feel you need it: a gel or oil based cleanser (as those are more gentle than soap based ones)) and d) have a balanced diet with lots of healthy fats (if you can't afford a great diet rn (no time, no money... as let's be real: In some countries eating healthy is a damn privilege) use supplements to ensure you get all your macros and micros). I also use serums, essences, sheet masks, lip masks etc. but those are just fancy add-ons tbh. You don't NEED them.
