Gahhhhhh fucking planning a trip is so goddamn hard. Im trying to get from netherlands to Thailand while stopping somewhere inbetween. Fucking flights are 33 hours long. I wanna stop somewhere cool along the way but i dont know where. I was thinking germany or switzerland or even fucking china but all those places still result in a long flight. Wth is inbetween netherlands and thailand that is cool and isnt 15+ hour flights.

Unless there is a direct flight you're going to have to put up with long trips. It isn't 30 hours in the air, it's 30 hours because of connecting flights/waiting around.

Thats the thing XD if im gonna stop somewhere i wanna explore the area and not miss my flight in the process lol. If im gonna have a layover i want a 2 day layover to explore. But it doesnt help im planning a 2 week trip. I want 3 weeks but realistically i dont know if my supervisors will approve of it

Don't look at connecting flights then, look at the flights separately. Book one from the Netherlands to (Germany?) and then another one from (Germany?) to Thailand.

Hmmmm....i will check that out. I wasnt doing that cuz i figured it would cost more as i pay $2k for a multi destination flight. But i could actually get it cheaper by flying to netherlands round trip then other places roundtrip to netherlands
