Eddie Van Halen (Jan 26, 1955 - Oct 6, 2020) On October 6, Eddie Van Halen's son, Wolf, shared on his Instagram that his father had passed: "I can't believe I'm having to write this, but my father, Edward Lodewijk Van Halen, has lost his long and arduous battle with cancer this morning.
