@kurok No not nessecarily. If that deed greatly affects your life negatively then yeah you can think you regret what you became BECAUSE of the deed. But not a simple negative thing should make you think too bad about yourself. Just let yourself know you can grow from it one day and you'll be fine. I also wouldn't think od it as a burden unless it really does hurt everyone you love, if it does then that means you need to fix what ou did wrong and if it can't be fixed then tryink of a better thing to do to...give a blind eye to it...but not to where people think "oh you're just trtying to do this to make yourself feel better or just trrying to get on our good side" when that's not true but it also is true....just don't be obvious if you are trying to fix it.

Since that what you've done is in the past, that would effectively mean that you're regretting your past self rather than your present self @kurok
