Last person I slept with was 22 and I was not happy with myself. But they were already married.. so. (This sounds awful)

The whole 18-25 thing i just think its more of a case that they dont relate to people of their age group. When i was around that age i didnt relate to kids who were into certain things and more with adults years older than me. Same can be said for those on the opposite end of 25 it could just be you dont relate

Yes i think you should probably talk to someone, maybe they can guide you in the right place so you dknt have these feelings anymore. You seem to have been struggling with this for a while now.
