Random thoughts...

Not sure what you're getting at but time and space are connected. You dont even need 10 dimensional theory to teleport. Just bend space with gravity.

Well I started by thinking about how if there was a multiverse and someone could travel through it that would sort of be like teleportation but then I thought time would pass so if you could control time as well that would just be an illusion of teleportation right?

The theory with multiverse is that 4th dim is time, and 5th is causality.. 6 is parallel world lines. assuming some tachyon-like particle were to travel in the 6th dim, then that would be a plausible solution for time travel in reverse, but i dont know that you can travel in the same world line that way. Also time doesnt pass unless you choose for it to pass since you've be jumping into any arbitrary point in time of some given world line..
