Chrno Crusade was the first that game me the feels. Can't think of anything else right now.

Erased. All the times that it seemed that girl was destined to die no matter what. It was pretty intense. Also kinda sad to see what happened to Light Yagami at the end of Death Note wether he deserved to die or not. Also, have to admit, very shocked the very first time Krillin died in Dragonball before they started reviving everyone every other week.

Mirai nikki (future diary) & Boku dake ga Inai Machi (Erased) Even though the girl in future diary is batshit crazy, she keeps managing to get me to like her. A little less action pased was Erased, but when they took in that girl and she cried during dinner... It's stuck in my memory
