What umbratic said. Taller to give the sense of protection/safety when you're by them. Plus I'd hate to make the person feel insecure next to me whenever I put on heels.

I need to be able to look at her eye level. So yes, height matters to me. Not too tall (hard to pull off for someone 5'10" and in Oregon to boot) but most definitely not too short (I'd feel awkward and guilty)

I'm 5'11 feet, a tall girl. I like tall boys also. It feel weird if a guy is shorter then me...

I like short girls a lot, 4'11 to 5'2 is just so adorable to me.

Short girls are indeed adorable. Women who are taller than me have a kind of positive intimidation feeling. Women who are the same height or similar I am indifferent to. There are extremes to both ends that I begin to lose interest. However when it comes to short girls, I agree with Masakan.

of course height matters! a guy has to be tall and girl has to be a little short, not too much duh! it would be weird if they are in relationship and guy is shorter then the girl, it'll be just awkward...

Never been with a girl who is taller than me, most were short and only one was about my height. So being with one who is taller than me would be an interesting new experience. I don't think I'd mind it tho :P

For me, it does not matter, but this is coming from a guy that is the average height of 5'9. Haha.
