What a can of worms. I don't agree nor do I understand Pedophillia, in fact just thinking about it leaves a pit in my stomach and makes me feel kind of angry. I do however pity those who try and overcome their issues. I would support studies on rehabilitation healthcare for them or something.

@Maria You can't convince me that pedophilia is actually a mental disorder. I do agree that the person has some issues and counceling or therapy might help a person very much. Furthermore, if it doesn't help and the person crosses the line, they should be punished according to law. Still, calling them insane is unfair. If you look at evolution, you could even say it's more sane for me to fall in love with a 16 year old fully developed girl than a man of my age, so the term (in)sane is inappropriate in this discussion as is

Ok, but as if you guys are not reading the thread, some here are implying that the ones that DO involve themselves with these kids are not that "disgusting" for 'x' reason they may use to enforce their weird ideals. I don't know, but that kinda seems a bit encouraging to me. I don't accept that. But is ok, to each their own, right? I don't even know who she is talking about. I haven't seen a single person say that it is ok for someone to involve themselves physically with an underage person. Oh wait well Neko might have sort of said that when he was talking about different ages being legal in different countries.
