If you're still in high school or college and a virgin, don't sweat it. I didn't lost my virginity until I was 20 myself. Being 35 with no major commitments outside of my own and not being married and bogged down with kids is kind of nice. I see people 10 years my junior struggling to get by with multiple kids already by the time they hit 25 because of poor decisions they made in their teens and early 20's and am very glad I'm not nor was I ever that irresponsible. I'm still 110% undecided if I'm ever going to start a family. Both of my older siblings now have kids and I've admittedly always been the black sheep of my family for better or worse. Maybe it's why I've struggled finding a relationship, but given the alternatives, I much prefer where I am now versus being stuck with responsibilities and repercussions I'm glad I never forced on myself due to poor decisions earlier in life.

I am a 32 years old virgin & not a mormom & as about as self conscious as goku from dragonball z & I get weird looks all the time lol... (that & I am unreadable so peoples usually are in defense mode out of fear.) You want to be with some one special to you, you just want to be with someone special to you, period. It is because I am a pretty straight forward person and allot of people do not like that kind of honesty they someone feel lesser for no reason & other times from my experience they will just assume things, (Because I have been told by several people from asking which is also another reason people are scared to be honest with themselves & have come to a concussion that since you are who you are & they feel bad about they're choices then you are somehow are thinking you are better then them which is a self made delusion that seems to be a naturally occurring thing.) Which makes no sense because your choices in life are just that, your personal choices & people who say other wise usually are easily done in by peer-pressure more so then it being a actual thing that they themselves would want to do when it comes to others social standards, I also do not drive a car because it is totally logical choice but I am looked down on for not owning a car even tho I am more so potentially financially secure then the average person for the simple reason of just not owning one. But if your going to make any choices you need to at the very least be happy about it before you make said choice & think about if your going to be happy even after the fact because if you keep doing something you do not like it is usually turned into a habit not long after especially if repeated. Just be happy being you, just do not think in terms of being a virgin less that is a quality you are looking for in your spouse before marriage, not long after you will find someone that loves you for just that.

i feel you bro im one myself and i get made fun of for it. people dont understand that you have your own standards. if they sleep with dozens of people they look down on you because you havent slept with a single person. i personally want to be with someone i honestly love and there is no one like that yet so i will remain a virgin until then. i'll even die as one if i never find them

I'm a virgin, too, but I never got made fun of. People are just always suprised when I say it since I apparently don't "act" like one. Plus I had a rap of being a hoe in high school. I'm just always very confident about it and have zero shame so people realize there's not even a point to make fun of me. I still think it doesn't make me better than other people. Nor do I have better "values" than people who lost theirs at 13 or something. I just made a decision. Not more not less.
