Incest and incest undertones

Its a common trope in anime. Discuss how it affects you as you watch it. And your attitudes to it in fiction and I guess reality.

It doesn't really affect me much. Most anime rarely goes FULL on incest anyway. Vampire Knight was one of the few that I can recall that did with full straight up blood relations.

I dont have any problem with it neither in real life nor in Anime. In anime I just regulary wait till its going to be revealed that the siblings arent even blood related in anime. Even Yosuga no Sora didnt affect me

Kissing cousins mostly from what I can tell or full on imouto fetish or sis-con. It seems to be the only modes I see. Plus alot of them don't even hold any plot relevance besides the ones specifically about incest. Incest is used like a character archetype, as if it can be used the same way like tropes like maids, cat girls and tsundere.

I've read some real stories about incest, and it's hot. Lol but for me it's big nope. As I am the little sister, I always feeling weird when my brother hugs me.

i have a sister but i dont feel any way to her personally incest isnt something i approve but there are people out there who like stuff like that. usually you only see a sibling or cousin but it gets gross when it starts moving up to parent/child or an uncle or whatever. mean to tell me there with so many people out there you gotta have relations with your own family? i dont really like it in anime either like that one harem that just has to throw in the sister just because she is there?
