Well it was mostly meant as one of my lame jokes, and didn't really mean to be serious about it. But even somebody such as Hitler has begun his devastating campaign, simply by climbing on top of a table in a small German tavern and doing a speech. Don't underestimate small groups, for some of them are like a little snowball thrown down a mountain. ;) That's all, not gonna derail this thread anymore don't worry.
