@maliceraven Ah you make me remember that I need to work on my stamina alot aswell. Well not exactly running stamina, but stamina required to do multiple repetitions of a lighter weight xD Though running stamina would help me aswell

@sparkis I generally have good speed walking stamina as I walk around in the city a lot and use public transportation for work, so running after trains and up and down stairs, but it isn't something I keep track of? I also do not track my average speed unless I am pinging someone so they can track me when I am meeting up, then I like... lol try to walk as fast as possible and the person I am meeting is like uhhh wth... I used to also play DDR religiously which... requires a lot of stamina when you play as much as I did without holding onto any support. Tracking my speed and stamina progress on a treadmill is almost as addicting as DDR with the right song mix of course. The best part is the incline option and the crosswalk. You can use the bars as like very light resistance, so I work out my arms a bit as I run. I am enjoying this. My family thinks I am crazy as per usual though. I do not do any weight lifting unless you count grocery shopping and trips to laundry mat.

@maliceraven Any form of fitness is respectable in my book. Except those cyclists who wander all over the road that you have to avoid with your car.

@maliceraven Seeing your stamina increase is just as addicting as seeing progress made in anything you like really, so I understand you alot. Carrying bags and your laundry in a basket does work some of your muscles, core and back muscles mostly as they help you keep balance while carrying the weight. With bags, you also work your shoulders quite a bit.

@dyadka_yar Thanks! I always admire people who improve themselves or do not put down those who want to improve their body sacks lol @sparkis I do not use a basket, just a bag, I use ikea bags for groceries... and it's about 60-80 lbs walking from super market. Laundry is about 30 lbs as I bring my father's as well. Check out my knees getting all OOOF: https://i.imgur.com/Gye8QQkl.jpg I cannot wait until 6mph becomes normal.
