No, it's not a thing. Blood pressure increases in certain areas do to arousal though.;)

@Name I disagree. High levels of stress or excitement/anxiety can cause nosebleeds. Meeting a cute girl/guy might make a person so anxious it could actually cause a nosebleed, though highly unlikely

So, the nosebleed would be extremely highly unlikely XD
The stress thing checks out, though. I had nosebleeds as a child when I got very stressed for exams
