Try to look at windows > run > cmd.exe > put ping -t www.uol.com.br
Look if you got Reply from 200.147.67.142: bytes=32 time=260ms TTL=238 Need to be like this all time, if you got no respond its bc of you network...
Its something i do to see if my net really sucks or there is a way to repair it..
