Every artist needs to practice in order to keep up their standards and to get better. So yes. Practice makes perfect. Never stop doing what you do. Make nice things into nicer things.

Practice is key, though it's hypocritical for me to say I haven't drawn consistently for 3 years now...

Why settle with just painting when you can also sketch as well? @Sherflow Oh I'm the biggest hypocrite around. I don't draw at all.
