You have to understand something, JS is executed on your computer, and it goes like this: Server Host (GoDaddy)> Server > Site > WebServer (NGINX/Passenger) > Bandwidth Provider (Level III in this case) > Your ISP > Your router > Your computer > Browser's JS engine The problem exists somewhere beyond Level III in this case and before your computer's JS engine, because unlike the RUBY scripts on this site, they're not processed on the server but on your computer. If those scripts don't reach the browser, the things they're responsible for won't display. I'll prove that its a JS issue: http://imgur.com/a/kvolW You should see reply textboxes under those normally, but you don't because JS execution is shut off. So, I've proven its a problem. There's nothing else me or Sephiroth can do. Sorry dude.

Its a pretty evident network issue to the trained eye like myself, because I sat and debugged the JS code and the CSS/HTML code spit out by the RUBY scripting engine, and there's just no way its a site issue because it's working fine for a lot of people, so it has to be something downstream.

You can use a fake USA number from a website. It's how us non USA people verified. I forgot what site it was tho. @sparkis you remember the site?
