BLOODY SCREEN! SO REEEEAAAAAL!!! But honestly, I think health regeneration in games is ludicrous especially with how much damage you soak up and then your eyes start bleeding for some reason and then the blood disappears and then you're perfectly fine to soak up even more bullets. I guess these powers are bestowed upon those with sufficient amount of patriotism for their country. http://www.theastronauts.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/duty_calls_bloody_screen.jpg Screenshot is from a game that parodies modern shooters and every time you fire your weapon, your dude says "boring". It's hilarious.

You can get very artistic with it. I had a couple glitches which disabled a few quests in Oblivion.. that sucked. >.< Most of it could be resolved via modding though.
