@neko, they didn't ask. On the subway and the street. I even had an elerdly woman approach me who told me that some dude behind me was filming me when I did not realize it. In Berlin I had some foreigners ask me for pictures since I'm the pale, tall redhead chick.. which I found adorable and had no problem with. But those creeps... who knows where they posted my pictures/vids. Just trying not to think about it.

Yeah, someone actually following you around and filming you is really creepy. I would keep an eye on guys if they did that multiple times. Sure there are just random creepy guys that do that but in Europe particularly I would worry a bit about being scoped out by possible sex slave traffickers.

@differentdrum I still LOVED living in Berlin. I know how to take care of myself so even though such situations happened I never actually felt in danger. So yes, visit Berlin. Its my 2nd favourite city in the world. @Voll, I think it has mostly to do with me standing out. Not looks. It attracts psychos.
