@laffantion The broth/soup huh? Did you follow any particular recipe? Did you have any kind of struggles?I have been wanting to do this for 2 years and just can't summon the effort. I know it will take AT LEAST 2 days and the thought makes me crumble on the inside. I usually just bitch out and do a miso broth for ramen. lol

@verucassault boil pig trotters with onions in water for 12 hours that the bones almost dissolve and all of the fat and gelatine gets into the broth. Once an hour check if you need to refill water and then fill in hot water again. At the end let it shrink to two thirds from the beginning. After that salt it or put in your Tare of choice.
