My cooking isn't that best but I love any kind of food. My grandma, my mom and their family always cook Louisiana Creole cuisine like gumbo, crawfish étouffée, jambalaya, red beans and rice, shrimp creole, dirty rice, banana pudding, pecan pie, king cake, catfish, andouille, chicken, etc.
Although I like eating Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Greek, French, Spanish, Caribbean, Italian, etc.

My phone cam is garbage so it wouldnt do my cooking justice but more recently I've cooked a Japanese A5 wagyu steak with a side of mashed potatos and saute'd asparagus

I've only had Australian wagyu mbs8 and that was the best steak I've eaten, can't imagine how good a5 is.

Yea ive made 2 A5 Jap wagyu and an A4 american wagyu. The differences are subtle to me. I like how the Jap ones come with these certs tho lmao.

I got my wagyu on a really good sale price, it was like 30 bucks for a really decent size ribeye, super juicy and tender.
