pecan sandies (scottish shortbread and unused pecans) i forgot my old shortbread recipe so i tried a new one shortbreads suuuuper to easy and simple, so i rarely write down the recipe off the top of my head i could tell you the recipe for this shortbread 2 cups flour 2 sticks butter half cup confectioners sugar i think the confectioners sugar (which is most commonly used to make icings) made it too sweet my old recipe i believe was 4 cups flour one cup granulated sugar and 2 sticks butter but i can not really remember, and didnt wanna risk it anyways, still was yummy just not as yummy as id like them to be https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/439915228352741376/546691159783899136/image0.jpg
