Soooo... Store bought noodles, a veggie sauce, also store bought and some kind of meat substitute, also store bought? Good job on that water boiling. ;P On a real note, Did you make those meatless balls or did you buy them? I only ask because there are some pretty good vegan recipes, like the black bean burgers my wife makes. Also, try squid ink pasta for a seasonal pop of black-ish color. All I did recently was a made from scratch white bundt cake with homemade chocolate ganache. And, no pics, but it was delicious. Believe me, the very best.
