I'd really like to learn how to cook in a formal class setting someday. I suspect there are fundamental concepts about food preparation and ingredient combinations that can add depth to the overall process.

A cake I made for my coworkers last month since my manager was leaving. I made it from scratch. It's a chocolate layer cake with strawberry mousse between the layers (also made that from scratch). And yes, it was as delicious as it looks. I even gave it a name too. "Diabetes Bringer" XD
