Sweet potatoes, they're not an actual potato.. . Just saying. A little butter, sugar and cinnamon after baking. Although, nothing quite as simple or as good as potatoe wedges with a touch or sriracha, garlic, salt and black pepper. Also, potatoes are quite nutritious.

I'd suggest a simple recipe for roasted pumpkin seeds. 1 1⁄2 cups pumpkin seeds 2 teaspoons melted butter (olive oil or vegetable oil work well) or 2 teaspoons melted oil (olive oil or vegetable oil work well) salt garlic powder (optional) cayenne pepper (optional) seasoning salt (optional) cinnamon and sugar (optional) Preheat oven to 300 degrees F and bake for 45 minutes or until they get golden.
