Lets see, what else. Maria + Holic has Kanako Miyamae, the biggest protagonist yuri fan-girl I know of. Kashimashi: Girl Meets Girl has a guy who's in love with a girl, and his best friend who is a girl is in love with him. But he accidentally gets turned into a girl as well. And I haven't seen it but Maria Watches Over Us is another all girls high school series.

Oh, and more recently, Riddle Story of Devil has that all girl class of assassins who are trying to kill the class president except one girl who is trying to save her
