Any otakus in Allentown looking for people to hang and disscuss anime with sort of group hangout maybe walk around town any age or gender welcome

That's an unusually specific area, usually people ask for states. Also why do you want to hang Otakus in Allentown? Are we starting the Salem Witch Trials up again? Except this time we're blaming Otakus.

You could probably find a town with the same name in a majority of the states. I'll just compromise here and say it's in the North East, in the New England colonies.
