What game are you currently playing?

Foamstars is fun af, i honestly cant tell if im good or bad at it tho. In one game i will pop off getting a 5 kill streak and then the next game im getting steam rolled.

I'm in the last stages of beating AC Odyssey. I know I've said that before but I mean it this time... *cough cough*. Anyhoo, I was just reviewing the trophies I had on steam and saw the first one's date stamp. I pretty much started this game 2 years ago. mind you there was a large break in there for life events and an injury that kept me away from desktop gaming for a while. But still, damn, 2 years. I think I need a break before starting Valhalla.

Playing Sim City 3000 after watching a video review. I used to play this game all year around for many years so it has been a good nostalgia trip. It's a shame I don't have much spare like I used to. Playing this back then for 15+ hours straight on an old Samsung laptop was all that mattered.

@verucassault If you feel Odyssey is a grindy slog in the 2nd half, Valhalla is literally 3 times worse and has fewer fast travel points, so you're horsebacking it far more often. I loved it for like 60 hours, but then I actually groaned endlessly during the entire 2nd half, and there were still a few entire map regions (and they're massive) I never stepped foot in. I had over 100 hours in the game and I bet I only explored 60% of the full map. But for what it's worth, Valhalla and all it's endless bloat is still a better game than the 30 hour Mirage. The parkour in Mirage felt so clunky, and everyone's faces look like mannequins. Then I found out Mirage was made by a team that had only ever worked on past DLC content for AC games, and then I was like "Ahh that's why."

This is how i felt about BG3 while ik its not the same genre of game, it honestly was fun but at about 127 hours in i get to act 3 and im like i dont really wanna play this anymore. What also killed it for me was missing one of the NPC needed for a trophy and since i was playing on tactician mode I didnt feel like starting over. That being said, i just bought helldivers because foamstars pissed me off and i have uninstalled it twice in the last 24 hours. I guess i cant olay competitive games anymore. Its just something sbout playing with a bunch of randoms that infuriates me. Literally had to upload my last 2 matches on youtube cuz i was that salty that i did good and still lost lol.

sunday naps @bob_loblaw I still have a handful of missions left. I'm starting to wrap up the expansion for Elysium. I've hit 130 hours and I'm virtually powered up like a god. I never run out of adrenaline. So at least there is that. I'm speeding through everything. But yeah, I think I'm going to have a break and complete a couple more games before dabbling in that. I need a break. Plus going from Origins which was the BEST storyline to this which was very meeeehhhhhh, got me kinda dreading it lol. But I do hear people prefer it to Odyssey. I'm not looking at my stats until I go to uninstall it. They have to be crazy.
