People saying "A new year, new me"...

Do you guys and girls believe people when they say that after every year ends? I don't.

I say year after year that I want to make new things in the next year. But now it's different. I want to be the way I am. So no, new year, the same me.

People will say whatever they want to comfort themselves. Often, such words aren't coupled with action. When people say "A new year, new me," I take it with a grain of salt.

I mean if you're saying that I usually don't believe it because people who mean that shit just do rather than talk but yeah sometimes they're sincere. I like the idea of a new year new me kind of thing I mean that's a good time to change shit, you get the physcological boost I mean.
