When I was a kid, I had a crush on Haku (Spirited Away) and Ryou (Tokyo Mew Mew).
Nowadays, my crush is (does this count? It's not really an anime) Sakazaki Yuuya and Iwamine Shuu from Hatoful Boyfriend 8'D
If that didn't count though...I'd say Yamato from Say "I Love You" and/or Hinata from Kaichou wa Maid-sama!

I'm going to have to go with what samuraiboricua said. Back in the day it was without a doubt Ryoko! Then I watched Tenchi in Tokyo, and developed a huge crush on Sakura.
