High quality polished stainless steel is mostly non-stick. That Teflon stuff wears off. Though most people don't care because they buy those cheap Aluminum crap pans anyway. I can't afford the pans I linked above but could afford: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/81kWPx5myaL._SY355_.jpg http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00PI7KPWS?psc=1 Look for multi-ply stainless steel, pref with copper core. Most of the usual pans are crap.

"True pan-sexuals get hot and bothered over cookware!" You can put that on a shirt. Lol, one of my hobbies is looking at nice stuff I can't afford or can barely afford. Don't get me started on chef knives. Cheap knives are one of my pet peeves. I'll start a separate thread for stuff like this.
