Actually it could exist in the multiverse theories ( that if you believe in this theory) with infinite universes but we may never know for sure exist... regardless because we live in this world i can guarantee a situation like that would happen somewhere else if they follow the same views of society but hey if you guys wanna run away from the Q then be my guess the situation would be overly complicated and uncomfortable to answer.. i just want someone to open there mind a bit and take it serious

Simple explanation so you'll stop looking for an answer on a Mayan calendar. Youth equals innocence, innocence equals virginity. Guys just want to show off their collection of virgins they piped, but finding a virgin of legal age is getting harder for them so they resort to little kids

as much as ghe multi dimension theory is a great convo starter, there's absolutely zero proof that it exists. It's a theory for a reason. The "what if" factor is too high and cannot be proven to exist. But some people (probably you trickster) will say the absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence" or something like that to try to string people along. Now, to answer your question about what if vampires didn't age physically but mentally and what not, that's entirely up to you. Personally, I'm not a fan of lil girls. Never have been. I may like short girls but that's cause I'm 6'3. almost all girls are short to me. If anything, I'm the overprotective type and I'd be the one to whip ass if someone even looked at my niece wrong. Would it be ok to pass judgement? absolutely. unless you go up to that "child" you have no way of knowing if she's really 13 or 300. So unless you see her posted at the bar, knocking back Long Island Iced Teas, by your own morals/standards, you should have zero business talking to a child that's not yours.
