For those of you that hide your identity online...

I'm more interested in peoples' brains rather than their looks... or names, where they work, social security numbers, credit card and bank account numbers, how many children they have - you are NOT the father-, blood and DNA samples,... you get the picture. I do get curious about what people look however I'm not one to ask for pictures or badger for them. I think it's inconsiderate to ask this of people who want to remain private or hold a modicum of anonymity. Anyway, one or two pictures of someone might give you an idea of what they look like but are not great representations of that person... a moment frozen in time with a ghost of an expression. There's always Skype but if a person isn't willing to share their photos, they aren't likely to join in video chat. Ultimately it's futile and pointless. But I respect people who remain anonymous and maintain an air of mystery none-the-less.

I don't care to have people who know me IRL know who I am online and vice-versa. I pay cash when I go into stores and don't tell people who I am - I like to keep the footprint of me low.

I just think t's kool to have an alias, but I don't have an official Facebook account before of bullying. I also use my aliases to have multiple emails too. Useful ^3^

Im nobody but just some random weirdo so I don't care if anybody knows who I am irl. Im not interesting or important or famous or rich or beautiful enough for anyone to give a shit. If anyone wants to stalk my boring life feel free. I have lousy credit and no money so it's pointless to hack my info for faked credit cards and I don't run any websites to dox me. I'm honest about who I am because I'm single and if anyone decides they like me, I want them to like me for who I really am and not some facade.

@Vampire_neko I semi agree with you... but I myself hide because I feel as if I'm disgusting... If I disgust myself... I don't want to disgust others... therefor I hide...
