Is anyone else not fond of drinking?

Drinking at parties can make you do some crazy stuff. Its better to just drink with a few close friends or alone if your depressed.

I don't like it. Reminds me of my uncle who beat his wife. I know not everyone is abusive after drinking but he was. Personally I don't want to have anything to do with it. If I die - I'd rather not die drunk. I want to know what was happening 100%. Weird yea - I know.

The obligatory (half) glass on special occasions.. only with family and close friends. A looooot of things could happen when you're out of it, and not in a good way - so I've heard.

^ I'd be horribly disappointed if that wasn't your answer^ As for me, Nah. I never have and I never will. Which in turn makes me a very boring person at university.

I don't particularly care for it much, but sometimes if I've had a hellish time lately, a good mixed drink helps to relieve my stress. The cost of them, though, means it's not too often I do so. It's never beer, since I find that just too bitter.
