@azrael - I usually only eat poultry, fish, and an occasional good steak. @cabbage patch kid - That's where it's at, I'm starting to increase my cardio to stay as lean as possible. Jump roping is one of my favorite ways to warm up the body. Really gets the blood pumping and the sweat flowing.

Hahahaha, that wouldn't even do anything - I never go to bars. So I'd never see anyone again, and in today's America, you'd get no reaction. It would be, "oh, that's great. Good for you." (And I've already used that line to get out of dates.) :)
