england is soooo beautiful, weather suits my perfectly (but i couldnt have succulents as they take alot of sun) somewhere i can walk everywhere and not need a car nor have to be NEAR cars xD so england or newyork maybe? i mean newyork has alot of cars and some crazy drivers but they have subways so you dont really need a car, i think? oh or boston, id love to own a little cafe in downtop boston and live over the cafe bobs burgers type deal .....not a very straight answer, sorry xD
