@edge if you had a choice to keep your restaurant as it is. same customers, same menu, all of that. or sell half of it for a million dollars and they added stuff to the menu and it brought in different customers but you no longer had final say on anything dealing with the restaurant would you do it? edit: also when you pass away the ownership goes to someone else
