Sure! Being a shapeshifter is a wonderful excuse to have some fun! Depending on what I'm limited to, being able to turn into anything that could fly or swim and breathe underwater would be amazinf

Assuming these were just friends and not very deep connections than I would choose the 100 people I don't know. Sure those connections are important to me but if it comes down to it I believe saving more lives would be the better choice. Based on my own moral notions. If it were deeper connections then that would be much harder. Such as best friends or spouses.
