Uhhh...I have no idea, I've never thought about survival on a budget. I guess a knife, some kinda rope, a blanket/ sleeping bag, a canteen, a tarp, and a first aid kit.

I do want to dress up as a girl again. Maybe something more Lolita fashion like.
