Truth or Dare

Truth for all you guys who want one: Have you ever hurt yourself on purpose? Lightly or more seriously? Why?

Ah, that's a hard one. I'm always helping stray animals...all my pets were strays I found on the side of the road. I can't watch an animal suffer. A while back, there were some dogs running loose in my neighborhood and they killed a mama cat and several kittens. There was one kitten still hanging on so I scooped it up and drove to the animal hospital, even though I didn't really have a driver's license at the time. It was in a state of shock so it sunk it's teeth in me and wouldn't let go. After dropping it off at the animal hospital, they made me go to the emergency room for a rabies shot and stuff. But the kitten lived and now I feed it when it comes around my back porch. I'd take it in but I already have too many cats and it's not very friendly. ^^;
