@Shawnji 18 is legal over here, sometimes i think you Americans have it so hard, you cant drink till you're 21 (UK 18) you cant drive until 18 (UK 17) you cant get married until 18/21 (UK 16) can't play the lottery until 18 (UK 16) cant go to a casino until 21 (UK 18) and cant have sex until 16/18 (UK 16) anything else I've missed? @Everyone If you could change one law what would it be?

Heh. Yeah, I occasionally think some of our laws are a little nonsensical. If I were going to change one law, I would make predatory lending illegal. These pay day loan companies absolutely disgust me. When I was living in Kentucky I saw them everywhere. They were always in run down black neighborhoods and it really bothered me how they were taking advantage of people. I can't believe we could ever allow this to go on.

Driving in the US is 16. If i could change one law though it would be mandatory for all states to have the romeo juliet law. A friend of my brother's is getting in trouble because he just turned 18 while his GF is still 16 and the psycho mom is being malicious.

In my own country I'd change the gay marriage laws, it's still illegal here sadly.

@Pillow Ah sorry I'm not sure about a lot of us laws but my research said 18 for most places https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_minimum_driving_age#North_America @Leeks That's just stupid, Australia needs to get with the times and sort itself out
