What's your motivation for living?

To show god I can make myself ten times better than he ever could

I started out just living for my family, and the prospect of new, and exciting things to do. I went through an experience once, that started when i just turned eighteen , and didn't end, till i was, almost twenty. When i was eighteen my dad, and i got an apartment together. We split rent right down the middle. At that time he had just gotten laid off from work, and somehow convinced the landlord he was still working. He was planning to then later, get a new job. However, what ended up happening was my dad, basically became a shut-in. All he did was play video games, and watch netflix. In the course of the year that we stayed there, he left the house two times. It got to the point where he started selling things to make rent, like his musical gear. I would try to encourage him to just go outside for a bit, but he wouldn`t do it. It finally got to the point where he didn't have enough money to pay rent, so he said to me that he was leaving to Portland, to start fresh. I told him i wasn't going to let him go alone, so we left with nothing, other than bags on our backs. Which we then slept in front of city hall with the occupy Portland movement, and then later got into the Blanchet House. What i saw there were what people became, after doing nothing with their lives. I now live for the fear of doing nothing with my life, and ending up like they did. Of course i still live for my family, and interesting things, but your life is a valuable thing, so don't waste it.

To make something of myself, or at least die trying to do so. I want to create a legacy for myself as an author or something similar where I'm remembered for my creativity even after I'm gone - maybe that's asking for too much and that I'm trying to hard but fuck it; if a ton of people are remembered hundreds of years after their deaths then I can be too.

I guess my dreams and ambitions keep me going. The easier answer is just waking up. Long term answer, I want to make enough money that I can buy a ranch and support my future family.

I live for the pursuit of happiness. In order of priority the things in this world that would make me happy... 1. Finding love. It matters not whether we start a family, or heck even get married. As long as we are both happy together that is enough. 2. Travelling, places all over from Japan of course to London, to Paris, to Hawaii, to California... 3. Having enough money to live comfortably and provide for myself and at least one other person. 4. Completing goals such as finishing all anime, manga, light novel series, and video games

That is a good question... I think my dreams. And it's enough already xD

I suppose just being alive with all the possibilities that's involved by being alive is my motivation

My kitten. He gave me my reason for living so I'm living for him.

Seeing the next episode of that anime I'm currently addicted to, looking forward to the weekend so I can have fun riding my motorcycle / play video games with friends and all that good stuff. Improving my cooking skills because I like to cook and eat delicious food ^~^. I'm a simple person.
